We need to send them Smonster's new helmet as inspiration.

I'm trying to scroll the Miss Universe thing slowly enough that I can try to guess the country before I see it identified.
I'm not doing very well guessing so far.
Now that we know that no one is in danger, this is kind of funny, right?
"Real Housewives of D.C." star Michaele Salahi hit the road with Journey guitarist Neal Schon and was not kidnapped as her husband suspected, according to a representative with Schon's management company.
Also, amyth, totally awesome on the thing that you are totally not talking about.
I would have just called him Frank.
I just never called him.
Shrift, my brother's restaurant! 228 West Chicago.
Elishavah and Minnow went there yesterday! They liked it. Frontera was an hour wait, and Xoco was 30 minutes, so we wandered a bit and ended up at Cantina Laredo, which just opened yesterday. I understand it's a chain (at least it was upscale?), but the food was really quite good and so were the mango margaritas.
Off topic now, but Miss Ireland, WTF?!
yay Perkins!
yay Kathy
so glad the DH is safe
and I maybe slightly trashed on one glass of wine. I think this is one of the side effects of walking 60 miles in three days
Enjoy the buzz, beth. Heaven knows you deserve it!

On a completely different note, I'm sorry, Cash, and I wish you all the best in getting your brother's care/meds, etc. sorted out.
...I don't care if you call me (realname), meara, or Indy (drag name). I answer to all three. I like all three (well, OK, I like Indy and meara better, but I answer to realname a little easier because it's so uncommon...)
Huh. I alternate between realname and meara. I shall attempt to use meara from now on because I had no idea you had a preference.
I sort of can't call you Indy. That's a racetrack. Well, I absolutely would if it was *the* name you preferred. I'd use it. But I'd giggle.
People constantly confuse Cass and me for sisters. Which, okay, we're brain twins, but I don't think we look anything like each other.
If we're babbling, I can see it. Otherwise, I am boggled.
I shall attempt to use meara from now on because I had no idea you had a preference.
I do kind of enjoy when buffistas and others call me meara in person. But I'm fine with realname too.
And my new roommate is also from Indiana and just called me out for wearing a "317" (the area code) shirt, and I pointed out she was wearing an Indianapolis Motor Speedway shirt yesterday. :)
