Because books.

My favorite evening bag didn't really go with everything -- it was pink satin, and beaded -- but it was ADORABLE. And then I let Sara play with it, and a pen exploded all over it shortly after. That learned me.

I took sinus meds with Tylenol *and* three ibuprofen and my head still feels like someone attached a tight metal cap to it. I'm so sick of my sinuses, I could scream.

My sister and I are both talking about getting our first tattoos.

I covet a tan leather coach briefcase from the 70's. Even though now it is vaguely hipsterish. Weirdly, some of the hipsterish looking fashion is stuff I have liked for a really long time, so I have a hard time disliking it. But it means that sometimes I look like an aging hipster.

Tattoos! Awesome. Go together -- it's more fun to have someone with you.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I'm home with a headache that started Monday night (TMI: sometimes I get a sudden thunderclap headache from the...culmination of sexytimes, but it usually goes away in about 2 minutes; this one faded but won't quite go away) and doesn't want to go away. It's not a migraine -- or at least the symptoms are not my usual migraine symptoms -- but ibuprofen, tylenol, and sudafed are not kicking it's ass.

I was up until 4 a.m. last night with it, and after I kept putting the microwave stinky beanbag on my face, it seemed like it let up. So I e-mailed work to say I would be in late since I needed more than 3 hours' sleep. But when I got up, it's back and just won't fucking budge.

I feel like maybe I shouldn't be staring at a computer screen and/or reading comics, but it's not like the headache went away when my eyes were closed, you know? Annoying.

Yeah, I could definitely use some time away from the screen, except for how I have to finish revising the book today, so.

It's not serious PAIN, it's just tight and hot and heavy and pressure, and it's driving me up the fucking wall.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Hey, Perkins, Ginger, will I ever carry a bag on my portacath shoulder again?

Mine was on my left side and I carry a purse on the right, so I can't help you there. I don't know that they even considered it, since they were going to chop out the lymph nodes on the right. Mine got less sensitive fairly soon. It didn't really hurt after the incision healed; it was just annoying when it rubbed against something.

Some good deals show up on Coach on eBay. I have a Coach bag I never could have afforded when it was new.

Some of my to-do lists are in some kind of electronic form, which means it's obvious how long some things have been on the list. This things don't really age like fine wine.

call me jacki; zuisa is an internet nick from ancient times =)

I only have one bag, and it has cartoon pirates on it.

I promise I am actually an adult.

I have a Coach coin purse that my stepmom gave me for Christmas last year. I only use it for my quarters when I do my laundry.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I can't imagine spending over $100 for a bag. I fail at (some forms of) consumerism. OTOH, I bought two pairs of shoes and a Calvin Klein dress on Saturday, thus bringing to three my collection of sleeveless Calvin Klein dresses. Grey sheath, pale blue A-line, black with a full skirt.
