Today's commute was endless, and made the baby Jesus cry.

I'll start--mine is all the fashion detail posts, plus the polka dot dress I am wearing (a lot of the LAistas saw it at brunch last time I was there--it's my Kat dress)

Switch stalking a couple walking by with their dog, like he was the Big Guard Cat.

I don't have enough tops with ruffles. That should be addressed.

I did remember at least one work-appropriate polka dot top, that one with the plaid also. Heh. I can so do that.

I finally got around to getting Danger Days and listened to the first 5 songs on the way to work, and DAMN is that good.

Oh, and something said to me the other day made me really happy. And sort of glowy.

Certain small people are fans of songs off that album, oh yes.

I cannot sew. I mean, I tried. Lots. But I can't. Like I can't dance. It's not you, sewing machine, it's me. I'll make you blow up. I am the kiss of sewing machine death.

So mostly I wear shirts from Think Geek and PJ bottoms. Because I can.

made me happy: last night the cat was laying on my desk, yawned, reached over to hook his paw around my left wrist and pulled it over so he could tuck it under his head and go back to sleep.

I put together an entire list of geeky shirts from Red Bubble last night on my Tumblr that I'm basically in desperate need of owning. I don't have even one geeky shirt and I'm really not sure how that happened.

One of my friends got a job as artistic director at a theater company! I'm incredibly happy for her. I also think it's funny, because she's the only one of my friends from school who is actually working in the field we studied, and she's the one who never did homework and we had to, from time to time, throw her out of her room and make her go to class.
