The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am wearing polka-dots at work! woohoo!

I think I shall join you!

Once I get dressed and go to work, which I really should be doing.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Olivia wore polka dots to school today. I'm still in my inside pants and "Meat is murder. Tasty, tasty murder" tee shirt.

an overblown libretto and a sumptuous score/ could never contain the contradictions I adore

I'm wearing a vintage blue-and-green plaid shirtdress to work today. I am pleased with decision.

If I could sew (or knew a seamstress I could afford) I would get copies made of my favorite vintage dresses, and no longer have to worry about wearing them out.

not your mom's socks.

Shopping is not an option, so it has to come out of my closet.

or mine. I have fedex and can use it.

ETA: see also, oxford collar.

ION - have we had the OMG I'm grinding my teeth but WTF $600 mouthguard? And what other options there are for discerning Buffistas?

Jesse - Sep 13, 2011 5:50:28 am PDT #25739 of 30001
Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have a $20 drugstore mouthguard, but I think it makes me grind more. Protects my teeth, but still.

There are some circles on my crazy-print dress today, but no polka-dots.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I'm wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. Go on, act surprised.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Sox, I use mouthguard which was developed by a dentist for use during surgery to protect teeth from intubation injuries. It's $20--$40 for two.

Art Crawl!!!

I'm wearing a pink shirt with a black skirt with brightly colored randomish designs on it.

not your mom's socks.

Thanks Cash & Jesse - I'm looking at that now. Apparently, I'm a poster child for this. Yay overachieving?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'm wearing khaki pants and a denim shirt that has "Data Management" sewn into it in small print (it came from a client, and has their logo as well).

ION, Sullivan's blog was talking about "Has There Been A Great 9/11 Work Of Art?" and today Sullivan posted this: [link]
