Wash: I didn't think you were one for rituals and such. Mal: I'm not, but it'll keep the others busy for a while. No reason to concern them with what's to be done.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I have USAA for insurance as well and I love them to DEATH. I used them for renter's insurance first years ago and then car, then home. My dad is a former serviceman so he gets the big bennies, but I'm just happy with their service.

I especially like the fact that I can get my insurance cards via the internet because if they came via mail, they would be lost.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Gawker is very right.

Art Crawl!!!

And I thought that the underwear and socks vending machine was odd. (I'll have to remember to take a picture of it next time I'm at the student center.)

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

From someone who spent a summer at an auto body shop, if you have access to USAA, USE IT.

Is there some reason people wouldn't? Is it restricted or something? Now I want it.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Epic, I'm vibing for your kitty, and I'm really sorry. Cosmo hid for two hours about a month ago (she is UNDERFOOT ALWAYS) so I thought she'd gotten out (she's a constant make-a-break-for it cat) and if she'd been gone for 2 hours...she's so stupid, I though she'd be dead or lost, and I was freaking the fuck out.

Short version: it's hard.

ita, have you thought about a back tat of your prescription directions? "Lift up my shirt and read, beeyotches. Look, it's signed by my doctor and notarized."

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Some sort of US Armed Forces connection is needed I think, though I don't know the ins and outs. I should look into that, actually.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Is there some reason people wouldn't? Is it restricted or something?

It's only available to people in civil service and their families, IIRC. We qualify through DH's father who was in the State Department.

The idea of stuff between my toes...I don't even wear flipflops. Those shoes are anathema. Heresy.
