"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Jessica,

if the car gets totaled, does your mother assume the financial loss? or do you?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Yeah, for a ten year old car I'd skip those.

Because books.

Yeah, for a ten year old car I'd skip those.

That's what I was going to say. It's really a new car thing.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Happy Birthday, P-C!!!

Now tagless for your comfort.

With a 10 year old car, I'd really just look at liability coverage as well. Comprehensive for replacing the car itself and the cost of insurance often over time can cost more than the replacement value of the car.

Note: not REPLACING the vehicle itself because that always costs more but they will only pay you the value of the car on the claim--then its up to you to find another car of comparable value/quality with that amount. Which is hard to do with a reliable older car with low mileage.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

if the car gets totaled, does your mother assume the financial loss? or do you?

We do. But if the car were totaled (and we didn't have comprehensive coverage) we wouldn't replace it, we'd just go back to not having a car. (My mother is buying herself a new car, which is why she doesn't need this one anymore.)

If your car is worth less than 10 times the premium, purchasing the coverage may not be cost effective.

Thanks, that makes it easier.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

What a weird day. I have some sort of cold that is making me feel really out of it, although the actual pain in my nose is gone. I could seriously curl up on the floor and go to sleep right now, even though I slept for about 14 hours last night.

And the Dean of our school resigned and is taking another job within the University. Which is super weird, because we just did a Welcome back with her last week.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Birthday Happies, P-C!
