Most people is pretty quiet right about now. Me, I see a stiff -- one I didn't have to kill myself -- I just get, the urge to, you know, do stuff. Like work out, run around, maybe get some trim if there's a willin' woman about... not that I get flush from corpses or anything. I ain't crazy.

call me jacki; zuisa is an internet nick from ancient times =)

Although I feel like an N'SYNC system is something every car really needs to have.

I wonder if it plays Bye Bye Bye to you as you get out the car or something.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Well, he didn't specify what music was playing...

If my car started playing NSYNC music at me on its own initiative it would be singing Bye Bye Bye from the dealership I promptly drove it to as a trade-in.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Maria, my dear, if you aren't already dialing R for Rx, your doc will likely be happy to prescribe some nice, small supply of ER anti-anxieties.

I dunno if you're a tough-it-out girl when it comes to drugs, but I have to say, they help a LOT with situational anxiety...and they don't leave you hanging over, either.

Xanax pretty much got me through the last month and a half of school. Just knowing I had one in my purse meant that I could tough it through better some days. And you have been under a shitton of stress.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wow. That was a lot to read all of one day. Sorry to hear about the impending rain damage and the car damage. I hope they both turn out minimal.

Spent the day getting a portacath put in. They really dosed me up with meds because I was having a mondo migraine and they're wearing off now. Now as much fun. I sympathise with Perkins.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Where is your port, ita?

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Maria, the FPC clause is for minor things. Floods, cancer, and death are legitimately WTF traumatic.

Yeah, but all of this happening to ONE person in the timespan in which it actually happened? If I was reading this in a fic, I'd chastise the author for breaking the chains of believability. It's the reverse Mary Sue. OMG, I'm an anti-trope.

I can't adjust the dash lights's color in my Focus, but I can change the mood lighting's color. Probably the most useless feature in my car. But the first time I do a lot of driving at night I'll probably play with it.

I had a new Explorer as a loaner a few weeks ago, and that tripped me out. Aqua! Purple! Green! Silver! Too many choices. And I'm not a fan of SYNC. It's too complicated for a car. I had trouble figuring it out, and I'm fairly tech savvy. My parents? Would perish on the vine.

We aren't? Dammit, we need to remedy that. Quick, let's run away and join the circus. It can't be any more stressful than what we've been going through.

What about the clowns? Clowns would stress me out.

ita! (And I mean ita exclamatory yay, not ita !)

We were kinda worried. I am sorry/glad you have the cath. Sorry because needlesquick, glad because non-pokey, hopefully better service.

Perkins, I hope your toe feels better soon. That kind of pain is aggravating; it's not like you really can truly stay off of your feet.

ita, I'm sorry. I'd deal with all of my crap if you could be free of the migraines.

Erin, I haven't spoken to anyone about drugs yet. I'm in that weird health insurance phase--in between jobs--and I don't want to have to mark it down on the new form. Ergo, toughing it out for now. Whiskey may be in my future.
