And the thing is, I like my evil like I like my men: evil. You know, straight up, black hat, tied to the train tracks, soon my electro-ray will destroy metropolis BAD.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Oh, good, I'm glad to hear it. Back in England, huh? I had been thinking of her every time I read about the political situation in Thailand. Glad I don't have to worry as much anymore.

Oh, but I didn't know about the cancer. That's awful. {{Fay}}

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

for the new Prince Noir color

There are swatches that look so perfect to me but I know they are on people with way different skin tones.

It's not like I am actually unhappy with Del Rio. I just feel a girl should think about changing it up every two decades. Then I realize it's MY color and I am keeping it.

Yeah, my first true, "Holy FUCK, what the fucking fuck is THAT?!!?!" in relation to signs of aging was... there are the beginnings of crepe-iness on my neck.

The lights in my salon usually pick out every gray hair and highlight them but that was fine today. I tinted the rest and I am totally happy.

The neck? WHA?!? No, that's not my neck. I have seen my neck. That's not it!

I realize it was likely terrible lighting for necks, but I also know it's time to be nice to more than just my face at night and with daily sunscreen.

Yeah, I have to say, I've yet to find my One True Lipstick, and I envy (OK, maybe not that dramatic an emotion) those of you who have. There are several I use that I like, though. I'll manage.

I have seen my neck. That's not it!

Exactly.

Because books.

Now I'm looking at MAC makeup and wanting. This isn't good.

Want a distraction? Let's see. Um.

Ooh! FCM: Neil Patrick Harris, Neil Degrasse Tyson, Harrison Ford. (My three name Neil celebs thing didn't work out; just go with it)

Wow, I need to go to bed.

ETA: Oh, ew, some of you actually know Neil Gaiman, don't you. That's weird. I replaced him.

I was young, I had no idea it would last.

To be fair, I'd had my heart broken before.

Now I make random MAC salespeople swear they will never ever ever ever discontinue Del Rio. They do. I think I freak them out.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I feel vaguely irresponsible for failing to moisturize or wear sunscreen. Oh well.

JenP - Sep 06, 2011 7:30:56 pm PDT #24491 of 30001

I am with you on the FCM, Cass (though, I replaced Neil Gaiman too late for your post, because I realized some people actually know him, right? That might be sort of odd... but, I'm still with you).

Although, ha! Allyson probably knows NDT!

OK, I guess you just have to ignore FCM if you know a contender and it weirds you out.
