Mal: Okay. She won't be winning any beauty contests anytime soon. But she is solid. Ship like this, be with ya 'til the day you die. Zoe: 'Cause it's a deathtrap.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

It's going to set me back quite a bit. Not gonna lie. My heart sank.

Know what would be awesome to have right now to cheer me up? TERRIERS DVDs. GRRR.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

If people need cheering up, I highly recommend reading DH's Q&A with Danny Pudi (Abed) over on TwoP. Specifically this bit where he talks about talking about Farscape:

I do remember that after that episode, I got a great fan response. So many people were like, "Seriously man, if you ever need somebody to talk Farscape with, I'm your guy." I got phone numbers and e-mails from girls and guys. I realized this is a problem in America right now: people want to talk about Farscape and they have no one to talk about it with!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Man, tracking calories is a buzzkill. I'm not over my daily limit, but only because I had my salad with no dressing and without the tortilla chip strips on top. Brown Rice and Beans for dinner, man. And nothing to drink but water and iced tea, for like the rest of my life.

I am going to lose weight though.

And you know what else? I AM going to get my house in shape. Vacations are not going to really be a reality, not even long weekends, for a while, so my energy and money is going into my house. Envelope saving starts today for electrical work.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Jessica, that's awesome. Shall add it to today's linkspam.

Man, tracking calories is a buzzkill

No lie! After a certain point, I found myself treating it like a game, but not until I'd started seeing the payoff. Before the payoff, it's just misery. Good luck with it.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Before I knew the gender of my roommate's new kittens, I tried to convince her to name them Troy and Abed.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I think Buffistas might really like the link in my new blog post. I know I did. [link]

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Here are some pictures for people who, like me, saw people talking about college football outfits I mean uniforms, but not the actual things themselves: [link]

Now tagless for your comfort.

I think Buffistas might really like the link in my new blog post. I know I did.

That's going straight into the iTunes Roller Derby Playlist.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Jesse, the news radio station I listen to in the mornings had the new uniforms as their call-in question of the day. People who didn't like them seemed to have a slight edge. One person said his kid couldn't figure out why there were three teams on the field (the uniforms have a different design on each side ... or maybe it's just the helmets ... I really don't care).

Well, it doesn't help that the maryland State flag is the godawfulest flag ever. Fugly.
