ION, I have a root canal at 9:30 this morning (I set my alarm for 8:00, but I woke up at 6:45, full of jitters. So I'm up -- at least I can walk Kato right now, before it gets hot [seriously, the weather program on my computer is telling me it's going to hit a high of 100 today -- WTF?].)
I've been stressed and upset all week about needing this root canal procedure -- until I read an article in the local paper last night about a guy who DIED from a tooth infection that SPREAD TO HIS BRAIN. Suddenly I am really, REALLY glad to be getting it taken care of. Good Lord.

I totally lost my shit with Todd Bridges, once. Got all tongue tied and then laughed at myself. We ended up having a really awesome conversation about a movie he was working on and his "troubles". Awesome guy. I met a bunch of others when I was doing extra work.
