Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

ita, you have to get pregnant. Unless you're up for a sympathetic pregnancy, where you get all the symptoms but no baby at the end.

I want the anti-nausea tip!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I want a pregnancy buddy!

If you want to take my friend L (who you met in a bar in Michigan), you'd only have to be buddies for another week or two....

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Which strikes me as all of the ick and none of the awww.

hip deep in pie

Those are lovely embroidered ornaments, Kathy.

I think I have a minor obsession with older glass ornaments because I broke so many of them as a kid, and I feel guilty about it now. I spent a year trolling Ebay to replace some funky ones from Poland that my parent's used to have.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Its boldness had obviously paid off in treats, if not cardiovascular health.

The squirrels that live near Shake Shack in Madison Sq Park are the fattest, happiest squirrels in NYC.

Congrats Kate! More Buffista babies, yay!

I kind of want a pregnancy buddy too, except that would mean getting pregnant again which ain't gonna happen.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I want the anti-nausea tip!

meara, I don't know why it works or if it only works for morning sickness, but I've been taking Zyrtec this week, and it's really made a big difference. (I feel a little weird about taking an allergy med to combat nausea, but I did some research and it seems pretty low-risk, and it's working 10 times better than anything else I've tried, so I guess I'll stick with it for now.)

Because books.

I never had a pregnancy buddy! But I'm not getting pregnant again, so too late.

Maybe I can have a menopause buddy.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

EBay has my gramma's cookie jar available, but I'm trying to talk myself out of bidding for it, at least for right now. It shows up there on a fairly regular basis, so I should be able to get it later when I can afford it more, even though right now the high bid is only $14.

Hmm. Guess that won't help, I'm already taking Zyrtec!

Consuela, I see you on the Internet, using other pseuds and speaking of your hair! :)
