Well, I just sent a cranky email to the transit agency, because my bus was three minutes early this morning and when it blew past me as I was walking to the stop, and I waved at it, pointing at my watch, the driver just waved me off as if the schedule didn't matter at all. So I missed my bus.

Actually, weight is not a protected class, so I believe you can turn someone away for being too fat or too thin.
