I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

The game is blacked out here. I didn't think they did that for the preseason. I blame Al Davis. As usual.

[Not meaning to inhibit your posting about it, Dana, just whining]

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

That sucks, -t. Looks like a pretty low attendance.

I can't watch the James Van der Beek episodes. Too much Reid woobie.

Aw, I love Reid woobie episodes! I was just rewatching "Corazon" from this past season, and that's filled with Reid woobification. But that's just me--my first ever ep was "Sex, Birth, Death," and the Van Der Beek two-parter were my 3rd and 4th ep, so I was imprinted for Reidesque eps early on.

I just made fish tacos and topped them with queso fresco, grilled sweet corn, avocado, and homemade salsa. OMG these fish tacos are amazing.

I normally do too, but that one is too much, somehow.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Before I turn on the VMAs, are Beastie Boys performing? I do not want to watch the whole awfulness without some assurance.

Also, I did not know what channel MTV was. I can't decide whether it has become irrelevant or if I have. I remember watching MTV pretty much constantly when I was a kid, and taping the VMAs since the first one. Yo MYV Raps, the Headbangers Ball and 120 Minutes, and The Young Ones. Holy shit. I am so goddamned old. I don't think they play videos anymore.

I had a momentary freak out a few weeks ago when I checked out the iTunes top sellers and didn't recognize half of the songs. I looked them up and they were mostly country and I stopped feeling horrifically old, again.

I'm still freaking out that I didn't know what channel MTV was on. My whole misspent-by-watching-too-many-videos-youth passed before my eyes.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Also, I did not know what channel MTV was. I can't decide whether it has become irrelevant or if I have.

I felt exactly the same about five minutes ago.

Trust my rage

I watched a lot of MTV as a kid, but I don't really think they have anything to do with music anymore. Actually, the only show I can think of that's on MTV is 16 and pregnant (is that what it's called)?
