Aw crap, Suela, what a shitstorm. Good luck--I say flee to a new job as soon as possible.

Don't we say "You're on The List?" Or is that just Pete?
(Oh, right, we're joking.)

That would be Pete, oh yes.
(Oh, right, we're joking.)
THAT'S WHAT HE WANTS YOU TO THINK! (Do you have any idea how difficult that was to type while giggling? And telling a kitten that no, the laptop isn't for him?)
Oh jeez, Consuela. What a clusterfuck.
Oh crud Consuela! Is there any way to document and involve the party your nemesis told without causing problems for your co-worker? I can't believe she would eavesdrop like that, how childish!
ION, how can I be so busy when I don't have a job? I've got a band parent meeting tonight, PTA meeting tomorrow night and the youngest has registration on Friday morning plus 8 hours of band camp all this week. I want my job back so I can be less busy!
Ugh, Consuela. That sounds like such a horrible atmosphere. I wish Nemesis would at least conveniently disappear for you.
I hate her, Connie.
Gah, Consuela, how miserable. I hope she gets a nice dumptruck full of karma delivered while you're there to watch.
And because it deserves its own post:

I'd be very very tempted to blow it all out into the open. But I don't work in that kind of toxic clusterfuck.
So the roofers found a rusty metal shovel on the roof. Huh. It had to have been left there from when they roofed it 2 years ago, cause it ain't mine. And I did find one in the big storms in 2010, but I threw that one off the roof. So 2 shovels. I need to call them back, because if they are trying to put this on me, seriously not happening.
Anyway, my roof allegedly no longer will leak (repaired in a couple places,) and I met with the gutter guy to get a new downspout and catcher.
And it occurs to me that my home warranty might cover fixing the ceiling inside. Need to investigate.
Looks like I might be swimming farther than I thought usually. I got to lap 54 tonight, the counter had me at 56. And the times bear that out. I guess I get stuck on a lap number now and then. Last night it was 57. Oops, I can't count?
