Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Quick question: Career fair for one specific company tomorrow, and I know I need multiple copies of my resume. Does it need to be printed on good paper stock, or is that over and done with now?

(I haven't handed anyone a paper resume in YEARS.)

Our wings are not tired.

Maybe there's a plan to release an extended edition with all the serial commas added back in.

hahahahahahahahahahahaha

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Last post about the shooting at my house, I promise. Here's me, sitting next to Jane (she's in teal) and a bunch of other crew on my bed looking at the monitor and pretending to be shocked: [link]

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Maria, I haven't seen guidelines recommending using high quality stock for resumes in a long time. If it's not too much trouble, though, it might make your resume a bit more memorable in a career fair setting.

Trust my rage

Maria, I have no actual recent experience, but that doesn't seem necessary.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Is anyone else watching ABC Family's "Switched at Birth". I mainlined the whole thing, and do recommend it for the teen soap loving crowd. It also deals with the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community, which I am finding an interesting twist. It also somehow got picked up for 22 more episodes. For the same season, but in January. WHich seems nutty to me. Tha had 8 episodes, and then then were picked up for a "back 22". Weird.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

There's a poster I pass going home that's advertising a salad with the byline "Best use of peach since pie."

Sorry, Sammy. Deanny wants pie now.

And I found fresh peach pie at the expensive supermarket. Nom.

Our wings are not tired.

I had delicious peach pie Saturday night, thanks to Consuela.
