I am good at yelling at people. Why can't I get paid to do this?

You would be a good high-level executive assistant, probably. Not so much with the yelling outside your head, but still.

For the record, there is plenty of shade for her to stand in if she so chose. She does not.

Also, I'm annoyed that golf (GOLF) apparently ran over an hour today, so Big Brother is airing at 9-ish, when I have Leverage to be watching!

But it's just so much nicer when it's neat and clean and if I start now while it's okay I can maybe do a better job of keeping it this way.

I wish I could have someone come in, too. I'm really good at picking up and fighting clutter, but cleaning, not so much. I'm usually good with vacuuming, but we have my parents' old canister vacuum now, and it's so. freaking. heavy. and unwieldy, I'm slacking on that, too.

Go msbelle! You can come take out my ceiling after I get the leak fixed.

And oh fuck, another of those huge, slow, heavy storms is headed this way. Must go put a fresh towel on top of the rubbermaid (prevents splattering.)

I can do either cleaning or clutter, mostly in bursts. But I simply cannot stay on top of both at once. But if I can swing having someone come in for the cleaning once a month, twice if I can make it work, I think it would be a lot better. When I had a dog walker twice a week for Lucy, it totally kept me from getting the clutter out of hand.

I need to start taking lunches in again and stop driving to work a few times a week. Feh.

I did not pay msbelle to yell at me, but her yelling at me (not really yelling) is what got me out of debt. Msbelle is a powerful force.

Last weekend I had some luck pretending I was the cleaning service. I got dressed, and had a checklist and everything. I am trying to convince my BFF that we should clean each other's houses because I think it would get rid of my resistance.

Also, does anyone else watch "In Plain Sight". I watched the first season, and I like it, and I really lke the character of Marshall, but I cannot get over the fact that he is a US Marshall named Marshall. That is so weird.

My dreams were super weird last night. Oneinvolved somehow being able to travel down my road, bathtub to bathtub, using a light switch, but only if I put on knee high socks and wrapped them in giant leaved on spinach. The other involved being a cyclon, at my job, and somehow my desk was also a bathroom sink.
