Well, then, this is a day I'll feel good to be me.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

When I say portion control , I don't mean exactly one half cup of ice cream - but something scooped and in a smaller sized bowl. ther e is more , I can get it if I want it, but I rarely go back instantly. More doesn't alway taste better

of course, knowing that I will be the one eating most of almost anything sweet in the house helps -- I grew up with I had to have my share now or there might be nothing later- bad thinking. For me having something around the house all the time helps.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

When I was down in Florida ice cream in the evening was a thing. Tiny bowls packed with ice cream were more gratifying than the same actually small scoop in a bigger dish.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Okay, people who made me crave ice cream like crazy: give me your opinions on the best ice cream -like substance that is low in calories & fat. Y'know, stuff like Rice Dream and so on. I have decided to get some sort of ice cream (and chocolate sauce!) to have in the house, but since I am also back to this whole notion of healthy eating and exercise, having a pint of real ice cream around may not be the best idea

My chief ice-cream like indulgence involves Ciao Bella sorbet, which is available at Whole Food. I'm partial to passion fruit, but they have a bunch of other flavours. They're about 60-120 calories per serving, which is not too bad.

I got for milkshakes made with soy milk, frozen bananas and empty of sugar and fat chocolate syrup. But that's cause the only thing I miss about ice cream is milkshakes. And I like plain banana shakes anyway.

A while back, my brother's tally on cars was something like 19. He's 31 and has added to that since, so I'm not sure what we're at now.

I need to call the Birmingham Y. Why do I hate the phone so much?

I'm all packed and pedicured.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I am exhausted. Also concerned that I haven't gotten an email in...nevermind.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So I stayed home from work today, and still have this stupid headache. I've taken a bunch of ibuprofin, some excederin, and that's basically all I have in the house as far as painkillers go. What else to do??

This usually helps me, but rags straight from the freezer, one on the forehead near the top of the head, and one on the back of your neck.

I called and it went to their machine! WTH! I did arrange pick up for a piece of furniture we got a couple of weekends ago though.
