Despite China’s traditional preference of staying out of the domestic affairs of other nations, senior Chinese officials’ frustrations are growing louder and louder. Stephen Roach, the non-executive chairman of Morgan Staley Asia, said senior Chinese officials told him the debt ceiling debte in the U.S. is “truly shocking.” “We understand the politics,” a Chinise official said, “but your government’s continued recklessness is astonishing.” And newspapers around the world are voicing discontent with Congress’s handling of the debt ceiling:

I suspect you might be correct, but I am hoping that the US can come back from this. I don't want to hide under my bed for the next 10 years.
Toddson my Grandma and it went extremely well. She went from having to wear her glasses all the time to not needing them. Or just needing reading glasses for small print (I can't remember).

Hmm, well I switch between Firefox and Chrome usually, but just for grins I downloaded Opera on the basis of this convo. It is much faster. I don't know why. Mostly I'm just enjoying the speed. It is kind of different, but I will adapt for speed.
Somebody tell me if the new Thundercats cartoon will defile my cherished, not-exactly-childhood memories of the original.
The original was pretty bad, but my BF at the time and I created a vast intricate *adult* universe around it, so I'm fond of those memories.
