"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

So, did you all hear about the man who was the Harry Potter correspondent at News of the World years ago and was told to come to a press conference, the day after 09/11/01 in full HP costume?

They were mad that he didn't show up! And he sued them. I have no idea how his case came out. This article is from 2002.

I want a pet hedgehog. Not really, completely impractical, but I love the idea.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I want a pet echidna. Even more impractical, but very cool.

Considering how he's been fetching and babying his favorite fake mouse unearthed the other night... OMG, I cannot have a pet hedgehog.

Because books.

Where do you get a pet hedgehog?

We had the fox wander through the neighborhood again the other night. It's so pretty! But it comes a little close to the houses for my comfort.

I have an ex who had a pet hedgehog. I wanted one too til I met hers. It spit on me. Apparently they do that. It's sticky and gross.

The book lists resources. But I'm not looking.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

This is ridiculous, but I saw a chipmunk the other day, and was totally like, "HEY! It looks JUST LIKE a chipmunk!! Right there!"

But not for a pet.

The spitting is called self-anointing. It's a marking thing.
