Liese, as someone who deals with assholes who won't dim their lights and who understands your pain, think of it as the driver going "Oh, good, a reasonable driver, I'm glad I won't blind him and possibly have to pick him up later."
I think some of the people around here don't even know they have a non-bright setting on their lights. And don't get me started on those damned halogen lights. I just love staring into twin oncoming dwarf stars on busy streets.
I have my fingers and toes grossed for Cricket at the Tony's, Pix. I checked, but the costume designer I know who did Bloody, Bloody Andrew Jackson was not nominated-- just the set designer.
Relatedly, since I do not have ateevee-- does anyone know how/where I can possbly stream the Tonys?

Had to run back to my car several blocks away in a torrential rainstorm (at least I had an umbrella?) Had to take my shoes off, they were too slippery.
And I come home to discover dripping in the back bedroom ceiling by the downspout. Sigh. Roof's only 2 years old. I oughta call the roofer. And the downspout people.
