Today was supposed to be a get things done day, and I did empty the dishwasher and put some dirty dishes in it while I waited for the coffeemaker to do it's thing, but then I told myself that I could curl up in the recliner while I drank my coffee.
I think I may have made a tactical error.
I have dropped off A/C and returned with bakery goods.

And it's GORGEOUS here today -- stormed last night so it's very clear and not humid, about 72 degrees, mild blue skies.
People. I scheduled phone interviews for the English TA (intern) next year on a Saturday, ie today. What is WRONG with me?
After all the initial phone interviews I have F2F interviews next Thursday and Friday so we can make a final decision. THEN vacation will start.
Apparently my weekend plans are to be on the phone. But I really have to get my hair cut. I just don't know how to work that into my phone conversations.
One thing my plans do not involve is growing any Japanese cucumbers, since someone just dug up the plant and ate it right in front of me. I swear, dog.

I was out planting herbs, and turned just caught Oz about to take a crap where my carrot seedlings were. It's bad enough when strange cats crap in the garden, but my own! And I was right there!
My weekend plan was hoping to get my phone's cracked screen replaced, but the guy said he's too busy, and I had to make an appointment for Monday.
Then I tried to go to Whole Foods, and they were closed because of a flood!?
I was also hoping to go see Xmen with some friends, but one of them is being an annoyance about it, and somehow that means the rest of us can't go. Grrr.
I have three computers in feont of me, none of which work. My weekend plans might be visiting my parents so that I can go to the apple store near them.
