My sister makes a wonderful banana bread that I had too much of when I was visiting her last month. She includes macedamia nuts--yum!

I really do not think it my state of mind, everyday at this job it feels like the boss thinks I do everything wrong.
I have worked for people like that, and it sucks. Bleh.
Given enough prep time, Batman can beat anyone. In the case of Iron Man, all he would have to do is bring a bottle of 30-year-old scotch to the battle.
Pete says "Strategic EMP burst", but I like the idea of Bats bringing booze.
Batman can beat anyone. This is also a tenet of my personal belief system.
And unlike Thor, he has never been turned into a frog.
To my knowledge.
Ugh, layoffs.
And there's never been a Batboy comic from DC... yet.
meh, Jesse, hope you are safe!!
Oh yeah, I'm fine. It's kind of fascinating and terrible to see who they are getting rid of -- some people make a lot of sense, others not so much.
Whew...just caught up a bunch of posts and I didn't meara. I feel so wrong.
CJ and I are at the airport, awaiting our flight back home. I'm hoping it will be warm enough to even consider turning on my ac. When we left it was cold and rainy and it was beautiful sunshine in California. Today it is cold and rainy, so hopefully it is sunny in Colorado.
As mentioned on FB, K-Bug graduated Saturday, in the pouring rain. They didn't shorten the ceremony but once the bachelor candidates were directed to move their tassel (about 90 minutes into the full ceremony), the grads started to bail out of the rest of the ceremony. K-Bug wasn't so lucky, but her group was one of the first called to walk the stage, so she exited after that. Not that I could see her through all the umbrellas, but I did hear her name announced. It was definitely a day that none of us will forget.
