Barrettes fall right out of my hair. It's too fine, I think. I also look six when I try them, but maybe.
THIN MINTS. Man, we ate our Girl Scout cookies too fast this time.

I'm growing my hair out, back to a chin-length bob, and I can tell it's going to be a long, ugly process. I may give up at some point soon.
I'm in the middle of growing mine out and I hate it 6 days out of 7. But I'm determined to see how long I can get it by May and then come up with something that fits my face.
On those 6 days, barrettes, headbands, and sometimes product keep me from looking insane. When I'm working at home and know I won't be going out, it is bandana time.
OMG, barrettes. I really need short hair, but I miss barrettes. For a while, I considered growing out just enough of the front that I could pin it back.
Then I grew up and needed a job and shit.
But barrettes! I am so jealous.
Then again, the feel of wind in my stubble is pretty damned sweet.
When I was about a year old, my hair was pretty much still like yours, ita. My mom taped bows to my head, apparently. Go, mom.
I actually love my hair super short. I had it around two inches all over at one point, and just ruffled it with product. But I miss being able to *do* something with it.
And I caught part of Unfaithful on cable again, in which Diane Lane has my dream hair, and my dream everything. Bitch.
I just got my hair chopped on Monday night, and have gotten some very nice compliments on it this week. Once the double chin finally finishes disappearing, I might grow it out to a chin-length bob to draw attention to the chin, instead of trying to keep it away.
Frank, insent.
I am lucky that short hair looks decent on me, Sox. Because I'd wear it anyway. I get pangs of jealousy when I look at the likes of Aisha Hinds, and then I remember that not only can I, but I do. It couldn't be simpler. Though I'm not sure I could rock the massive glasses.
However, sometimes I'm tempted to wear one of these, just because.
ita, I have some tea strainers I won't use now that I have my coffee back. Want me to send them to you? [link]
I have that tea strainer! I love it.
