I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I'm sure a food bank would take food.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

That's a lovely skirt, ita. I think I like it best in orange.

In Olympia most supermarkets have donation barrels for local food banks. Surely S.Cal is not behind our hick town on this?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm sure a food bank would take food.

Odds are probably pretty good, you'd think. I just don't know where any are, off the top of my head. I don't *think* I've seen barrels in supermarkets.

I get irritated about how what is essentially a hick town thinks of itself as so far ahead of the curve on everything. But maybe there is a grain of truth in Olympia's self-image.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

The tangerine-orange in that skirt is lovely.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Some of those might appeal to bob bob, ita.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

One downside - now that the filth is semi-conquered, the clutter is more obvious and dismal. How does that even work?

I do not know, but you have just described our house.

t edit I mean, remember my carefully annotated photo of the crap on the dining room table? [link] It's not like the table is the sole repository of clutter. HELLS no. Anything with a vaguely horizontal surface gets shit stacked on it. It's like there's no point to clearing anything off, because as soon as we do, NEW shit gets stacked there.

We usually hover around the border between "Pigsty" and "There's a floor in here somewhere". Today, I'm working to get it to "Wow, you have a lot of books."
