Lisa, you are gorgeous with a lovely lush mane that sets off your eyes. No need to worry about pixie cuts.

My hair is hell and I'd look better with a pixie cut, but I'm too big for one.

oh msbelle, that sounds terrible. I'm glad there is an end in sight.

yeah, it's not bad, but I am sick of the fasting stuff, so if this finds nothing, then no more tests for a few months. I don't feel bad at all, which is the thing. It would be so much worse if we were looking for answers and I felt bad.

I cleared 3 levels on the color game. whee.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oy, msbelle. At least you're nearly bionic?

I think so.

Punishingly Intricate

yikes, msbelle, that's an awful long fast! Hope it all goes well!

Thanks, Kat, that's sweet! I love a short haircut! Although, really, I don't think I have the wherewithal to keep up with one even if I thought it was flattering. I haven't gotten my hair did since the week before my wedding. That's almost 4 months ago. And she didn't really even cut it then. I am getting it done in a couple of weeks and I'm wondering what I should do. My bangs are basically grown out and I miss them but also I wonder if it's an opportunity to do something differentish. We'll see what my hair lady thinks!

not your mom's socks.

I'm tempted by the pixie cut today.

Granted, when Things happen, my instinct is to chop off my hair. i don't know why.

The very simple plumbing fix of early this morning turning into the massive fail that is resulting in words like 'broken flange' and 'cast iron junction' and 'best case scenario' being bandied about my bathroom being a case in point.

it doesn't matter how much I love technology right now. technology can't save me from this.

information libertarian

I am feeling a need for change. I just hope I don't look really old (grey) and male with a pixie cut.

In other news, I'd like to brag on my kid's artwork - can you all see this? [link]

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Today I am wearing an obi belt. It helps.

I was talked into buying this tea strainer at the exorbitant tea store this weekend. It's really good. Nice and big, with small holes. Barely any grit gets through. I want a strainer for work, though. Carrying it back and forth is for the birds. Anyone have a recommendation of something less pricey? I'm even looking at others on their page wondering how I got conned into this. Hmm.

Sorry you have Things, Sox. I totally endorse head-shaving at this point.
