Ginger, you are a deeply kind person, but since my mother is kind of like your sister with respect to technology, I am going to suggest she call Geek Squad. If the phone ever comes back on - we finally were able to report the outage and they told us Wednesday!

So we are now in the Charlotte airport waiting for the flight to Dublin. I don't have a seat, but they tell us I will. We're meeting Kate and M. in a bar called The Library tomorrow at 3 - what could be better? And we'll see an old friend who lives in Greensboro NC but is from Dublin and happens to be in town this week. We get home next Friday (June 3) so smonster we should be fine for your prospective trip south.

Let me know if I can help, flea. Have a great trip. The Guinness tour is totally worth it, particularly since it comes with the very best Guinness at the end.

Have fun, flea!

I swept/raked up 2.5 bags of tree crap and then filled the last half with vines from the back. Got my swim in, shopped. Found another knit dress and a top for work. Have to hit the other Target for my juice though, they were out. aside: why is it whenever I find a juice I like, after about 6 months, it becomes scarce??! Let my neighbor's dog out to pee, started the laundry. I don't have anything more pressing to do tonight, yay!

Yay Flea heading for Dublin!!

sara, what kind of juice(s), I'm curious!

I am doing some laundry, and have done a tiny bit of cleaning. More to do.

Have a great trip, Flea!

I watched the French Chef, had an hourish nap, cleaned up my siding, watched more French Chef and now want another nap. There's a concert at my work tonight (a band called the Provincial Archive is touring provincial archives) that I feel obligated to go to, but naps are looking good

Well, it was the orange V8 fusion. And then I couldn't find it anymore, but Ocean Spray started carrying a orange-vegetable one which was basically the same. And now THAT is getting hard to find at Target.

Loki helpfully shredded a roll of tp for me. Thanks?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Have a great trip, flea! Everything will be fine.

I just sort of snoozed on the sofa. I realize I should clean and probably do laundry, but: ugh. Maybe Monday?

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I've blown off the entire day catching up on things on the internet. Oh, how I missed you, you marvelous time-suck!

If someone said to bring a cover dish to a cook-out what would you imagine they meant? I'm clueless.

Some sort of casserole, like green bean casserole, or macaroni and cheese. But probably if you brought whatever (fruit salad) it would not be a problem. Can you call and ask further?
