Wash: Little River just gets more colorful by the moment. What'll she do next? Zoe: Either blow us all up or rub soup in our hair. It's a toss-up. Wash: I hope she does the soup thing. It's always a hoot, and we don't all die from it.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Can you slide the things on the straps up and down? I think I have that one. I one that's basically a long tank, almost knee-length, and it cover bra straps.

I wear it summer and winter, with tights and boots and a sweater.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Glad I'm not the only one who repurposes nightwear for day.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I have 2 similar to this: [link] but with a racer back and I LIVE in them on the weekends. I also have one similar to this [link] I have worn as a dress more than once, but I don't like my legs above the knee to do that often. I wear tanks under knit dresses a lot.

It's weird to have the box fan in the window, a/c on and downstairs doors and windows open. But it is working! Drawing the warmer downstairs air out, but nsm the ac'd rooms air.

I wish racerbacks worked for me. My swimsuit is sorta that, but I can only tolerate it in the pool. Actual vertical, any sort of racerback hits all the wrong nerves in my neck and shoulders. Stoopid boobs.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

This is my standard summer dress: [link]

Of course, I wear it over petticoats and under lace dresses, but it totally counts as a sundress, right?

(Self, start doing stuff with the free weights to tone your upper arms that you loath. Love, your memory.)

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I like tank-style dresses but I want my upper arms covered, and I want my knees covered, too - most dresses/skirt are too short.

The status is NOT quo.

Emails you don't want to get from IT: "We finally got word back about your laptop. Can I meet with you to talk about this on Tuesday?"

Sigh.

Cause of swimming my upper arms girth is basically what they were before I lost all the weight. But it is muscle, and I'm rather happy with them. They can lift me out of the 5 ft or 3 ft depth without a push, carry 40lbs of litter up the stairs and it feels like nothing (it didn't used to.) They're MY guns, I earned them and I'll let you see them.

That said, I wasn't much of a coverup before. But since reconnecting with my physicality, well, I don't use the dressing rooms at the Y, and am no longer disconcerted having naked conversations. Though it is always weird placing people at the market or TJs or Target and being all OH! I know them....naked or in a swimsuit. It's oddly liberating.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Today was hell.

Wake at 4. Everyone up and ready for bus. Bus. Panera + Coffee Bean. Home. Hardware Store. Work. Leave work early. Wait for Bus. Take Grace to work with me. Leave work early again. OT. Home. Pick up Noah. Picnic. Home.

I want to be done. But tomorrow is not better. Swim. Swim Lessons. Yoga. Behavior Therapist Assessment. PD.

Cute maxi tank dress, msbelle. Also, GO MAC. Super exciting.
