I had a sleep study and they found that RLS was the cause of my problems. It's a nasty one. Mine's related to fibromyalgia and EDS, apparently. Pregabalin (for nerve pain) has, unintentionally, helped a bit. I take zopiclone (sleep drug that I think is similar to Ambien) when it gets impossible to handle.
Edit: Wishing you rest and less pain, ita.
You guys. YOU GUYS. Did you see where Clarence Thomas's wife called Anita Hill and asked her for an apology??? [link] What the fucking fuck.
So, I'm used to hearing fire trucks because of the retirement community across the way, but this morning they seemed a little loud when I woke up. I finally look out the window and it turns out there were trucks up and down both streets fighting a huge fire around the block.

I watching the news right now and just heard that!
What's scary is my alarm woke me up. I don't know yet if anyone was inside.
Also? People that hear about fires at 5am and come to watch them are a little scary.
I know couples can be weirdly accomodationist, but can't he use a sleep mask or something? It seems like you have to go to a lot of effort for his sensitivity.
Bon, he's tried but anything around his head makes him too fidgety to sleep. The only good thing is that between the snoring (his - I wear those silicone earplugs that ROCK)) and the sensitivity to light (his), I've been able to make an awesome case for a new KING bed. We have a queen now and it's just too small for my pillow forts.
What the fucking fuck.
That's what I thought, too. Crazy.

Yes. And my extensive research tells me that one of those people started the fire.
Does this extensive research somehow involve
Law & Order?
Law & Order and many many other books and television shows. Firebugs always have to watch!
