Wesley: All right. I'm going to let you all in on something you may have trouble comprehending. I assure you however-- Gunn: Vampires are real. Wesley: I was telling!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Not cancelled, not yet safe. t /Britney earworm

But, seriously, The Event got a full season order.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I had a kid skip class today. He spent the whole period in the bathroom so he wouldn't have to give his speech.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I just got an email that now the Wii doesn't need the disc for watching Netflix Streaming, which I was expecting- I know that the X-Box 360 had exclusive rights to non-disc streaming, and now that they're up, everyone else gets a piece of the pie!

I got that email too. I wanted to yell at them that I've been happily streaming to my TiVo for forever, so please don't send me any more mail. I'll cheerfully fill out a device inventory so I don't have to hear about PS3 or Wii until I actually get one.

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Things seem slow, so here's some pictures of my nephew Simon. He's almost 10 months old now!

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

I'm skippy mcskipperson this morning. Woke up kinda late and then didn't open up b.org first thing...

Gotta start turning my schedule around. Still haven't broken my fast. I'm toying with the idea of doing some stretches and PT this am and then taking a walk.

If you have more time than $, Jesse, you can make the tiara and bracelets. I made mine out of plastic soda bottles painted with acrylic paint. The stars were made out of Fimo dough and painted. [link]

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Amazon Video on Demand offers HD as well as regular D, for a few cents more. If I were watching it on my TV instead of my laptop I would spring for it. I think they also have current-season House episodes, for those in Laurie-withdrawal.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Might it be starfish?

Just quickly coming back to say, correct! Nice one.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Hey bt, have you seen this comic?

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Dear lord, I will flip my shit if one more person spells quiet "quite." This. Must. Stop.

Also I am a cranky crank today and can't work myself out of it. I either need a hug from my husband or something really awesome to happen right this minute.
