Well, it would take two or three cups of strong tea to make up one cup of coffee, so that's even more "healthy" liquid I'm not drinking.

I can't even imagine my morning without a couple mugs of strong black tea. Or, say, a whole pot.
Recommending a cup of coffee has to be one of the strangest things I've heard a doctor "prescribe".
Not to mention I thought I was contributing to good sleep hygiene by limiting myself to no more than one cup of tea (usually green) and always before lunch on a school night.

I am increasing skeptical of this doctor, for the record.
See, I drink tea all day and all evening. Every day. Sometimes I wonder if the caffeine even affects me anymore, or if it's just psychological.
But I don't like coffee, and I got sick of soda, and like Plei, I really don't like water, so ... tea it is.
I've already had a pot of black tea this morning, and I'm brewing some green tea right now. But never after 3:00pm.
Does green tea have caffeine in it?
Not as much as black tea, but yes.
Green has very little caffeine in it. I don't love green, though. I like the peatiness of strong black tea. Like, assam.
That is really weird (the coffee thing). I sort of hate doctors right now, though.
The week or so I am working full tilt at the theater, I drink so much coffee that I have a horrible time getting back to normal coffee intake. I think that might be the source of my headache and nausea.
