I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

What is everyone dressing as for Halloween, if you are dressing up?

I'm going to Amyth's Being Human party, so I'll be a vampire, ghost, or werewolf. I haven't decided which to go with. I'm thinking wearing gray and carrying a mug of tea about will get it done.

Probably a witch, just because I already have the parts of the costume, and the party is this coming weekend and I'm disinclined to go shop for a different costume.

Imagine people's reaction if Jilli were to wear jeans, white Keds, and a Justin Bieber t-shirt.

I am trying to eat here, Tep, not be stunned into a coma.

I am saying! That's how shocked people will be at The Boy in a men's suit! (Which he looks awesome in, I must say. Though I am biased.)

I might go shopping this weekend as well, see if some other costume comes to me. But I think Kim Possible would be fun. All my friends live in an entirely different time zone right now, and so Halloween is going to be tragically sad all alone. But I like handing out candy, I guess?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I ate half a chicken sandwich. It was very exciting.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I'm wearing this with a pair of Vulcan ears. DH has a gold command long-sleeve shirt.

The Boy is currently ordering a Superman t-shirt online for Halloween. I convinced him to wear his suit with the t-shirt under it, and when people ask him who he is, to rip open the button down shirt.

Heh. I have some superhot pics of an ex in pretty much that exact costume.

Bad: Bikini wax HURTS. Good: It...made my headache not so noticeable?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I really want to like The Event because my cousin Bill is on it. But how effing stupid do you have to be to call Leila back? You're being hunted by bad guys who clearly have an in with law enforcement what with kickin' around the FBI and all -- how 'bout you show up all subtle-like? You have the address, slip in a little.

I watched the first couple episodes of that because it's on after Chuck, which I adore, but I just couldn't get into it. I feel like it's the sort show I might enjoy more in a marathon-style viewing once it is all available on DVD.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

It was very exciting.

And proteinarific. Now drink a glass of water? (Please don't kill me with your pinky. I swear I just know that dehydration sucks and I never wanted to drink water when suffering it.)
