Kaylee: So how many fell madly in love with you and wanted to take you away from all this? Inara: Just the one. I think I'm slipping.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Chumley has a vet appointment for 11, but since he saw one a week ago when he had a bit of conjunctivitis and got shots and a checkup then, I'm going to take Muppet for a checkup instead.

She's MUCH easier to get into a carrier than Chumley, who has many more claws to cling to the opening on all four sides. (He is, in many significant ways, a cartoon cat.)

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I have decided that 'riot' is only acceptable if preceded by any of: 'quiet', 'laugh' or 'Britney Spears sex-'.

You forgot the all-important "zoot suit."

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ooh, interesting -- a job I interviewed for a year ago is re-posted, now via a search firm. Huh.

When the Pirates won a squeaker of a series when I was in college, I remember crowds of students running through the parking lots.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I have voted and went to the Land's End sample sale. Kid's coats more than 50% off. I scored some $5 pants for me and DH.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I tried a new Thai takeout place today. This is probably the worst Thai food I've ever had.

We actually have a Chipotle here in town. I'm going to have to try it soon.
