I want to torture you. I used to love it, and it's been a long time. I mean, the last time I tortured someone, they didn't even have chainsaws.

Because books.

No. Vaccinate your kids no matter what shoes they wear.

Heh! I was just going to comment on the proximity of those posts.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Look, ita, I've clicked your links. My knowledge of 2G1C is YOUR FAULT.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm pretty sure I disclaimed 2G1C.

Fairly sure.

Because books.

I missed that link! Feel my relief.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I made a 2G1C joke to students the other day, but I am not sure if they got it. I was appalled. But we have three guys wearing one pair of boots.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Never mention that again, OK?

I can feel her checking her bookmarks now ...

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

The good news is I found the pictures of the relevant part of the inside of my wall. Yay for geeky compulsive documentation. The bad news is I will definitely have to drill. There are two existing holes through the header, one for power and one for speaker wire, but both are clearly too small to admit the additional width of the s-video cable, and certainly too small for any hdmi type thing I might do. Which I am now also convinced I should run right now because it's a damn hassle, I tell you what.

So I came down and changed out of fiberglassy clothes because a) my drill battery needs charged and b) I don't actually have the hdmi cable in question, only s-video. But now I have to run the s-video across the room again. And I'm hungry. And again, this is all I managed to get done today.

But tomorrow we're headed out for a night away; sneaking off to Albuquerque to use up my free hotel points. So there's that.
