smonster, just because someone has an issue that you need to work with doesn't mean you can't think they're annoying.
It's ok to be all "You have this thing that's so not your fault, and I know I need to work on ways to work with you BUT OMG, sometimes working with you makes me want to scream."
That's human, hon.
Home at last. I love my quiet apartment with the goofy cat (currently saving me from rogue rubber bands) and wonderful neighbors. Now I just have to untense enough to go to bed and sleep.
Today was hard. Cathartic, and wonderful to see so many people together to celebrate my Mom, but
hard.
Now I am flopped on the couch (with bonus Cass!). Tomorrow I go spend the day getting a pedicure & manicure.
I'm sorry, Jilli. I'm glad you have Cass there with you.
Hon, I'm glad Cass is with you too.
I was thinking of you today. Serious vibes, but then I also saw this in the Target ad and thought Jilli!

Draculaura! For my birthday this past year, my Mom & Dad gave me her & Frankie Stein. Because nothing says
We accept who you turned out to be
like buying tiny goth dolls for your 42 year old daughter.
I think that's awesome; I'd never seen them before.
Ok, time to stop looking at garden stuff and go to bed.
You deserve some relaxation and pampering, Jilli.
The comments on a friend's photo have turned into a search for the perfect mustachioed cyclops emoticon. It's making my day.
I'm glad there was wonderful along with the difficult, Jilli. And mani and pedi sound wonderfully, restoratively pampering. And more Cass time is always a plus.
As I've been stuck on the couch elevating my foot, I've actually uploaded (some of) the months' worth of photos we've taken. New stuff about the house starts here.
OMG, I totally nightmared myself up. And it all had to do with a guy in a lab that wouldn't stop laughing and a light I couldn't switch off. CREEPY.
