We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I impulse bought a six-pack of not Guinness but something maybe Guinness-esque yesterday, and by the time I got it home and in the fridge I kind of despaired at how long it will take me to finish it, but if I can make dessert with it it will go faster!

I'll have to find my recipe for Guiness Irish stew at home tonight, -t.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

that I apparently can't access on my "tablet" if I get one?!

The email I got said that online access included the iPad app. Or maybe that was only for current paper subscribers?

When I look at the percentage of NYT articles I read, vs. the percentage I ignore, vs. the percentage that outrage me, I'm not sure it would be worth the price for me.

Heh - yeah, there's that too.

Ooh, now I really want Beef & Guinness Pie.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Current subscribers I think get it all free. But then they had tiered pricing of $15 for online and smartphone (?), I think $20 for online and tablet, and then some other price for all. Of course, for me this raises further the question of why the hell I wouldn't just be reading "online" on my tablet, and why I need a specific "app" for the website. WTF?

ita, yikes! I'm glad you went to the ER last night, and I hope you are feeling better soon.

Are there article at the NYT online that are only accessible to subscribers?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I am clipping all these Guinness recipes. Yum.

Have mown (mowed?) and edged my front yard. Still need to sweep up the clippings, but I'm starving. That yogurt I had before starting is not going to hold me through to dinner, I guess.
