I'm sorry, dad. You know I would never have tried to save River's life if I had known there was a dinner party at risk.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Cash, I caught part of your interview this morning. Then Noah woke and my free time was shot.

ita, I'm sorry for the stomach woes. My tubbie friends describe pain there as part of GERD but it could also be an esophageal spasm. I don't know what the treatment is, but it can be a result of reflux and it can also result IN reflux.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

A Zombie Walk Against Walker has been organized!

Totally made of BRAIIIINNNSSS...

So, I know you were all on tenterhooks about my business card. I went with two titles - Green Rebuilding Trainer next to a picture of a hammer and Waste Minimization Specialist next to a picture of a recycling bin. It's oriented portrait-style, and the pictures are offset from each other. Not the zingiest, but it'll do for now.

Gah. Up too late again. Must take shower. And not packed at all yet. But I did three loads of laundry, changed my sheets, and did some work stuff, so that'll have to do.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Is she still alive after I told her to mix DayQuil and the 24-hour thing?

I left early, so I haven't seen her yet today, but I'll assume so!

Woo, living roommate FTW!

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

My friend from Wausau who writes the Zombie Apocalypse Twitter feed

I love WausauLoner! Does he have plans to eventually put all that into a book?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Those poor Zombies are gonna starve.

Compassionately intolerant

My ick is holding steady. My throat is super, super sore...not wanting to talk sore. And I've got the beginnings of snot. A bit of achiness as well...but no fever at the moment.

Usually it's my right lymph node (on your left) that is the first to inflame when I have some sort of germ, but it's the opposite this time. Weird.

I've drunk a ton of fluid the the extent that I'm unlikely to sleep well.

It's late and I can't decide if I should take a nice, relaxing hot bath or just go to bed on the heating pad.

I do not want.

Seriously. Sickness can kiss my lily white...you take my point.

My only consolation is that a friend took Bartleby out tonight, so he's fine...and I have a box of those awesome Vicks scented tissues for when the snot takes over.

It's the simple things.

And, as long as I'm oversharing...it feel like dirt because I am 8 days past my period. (Yeah, no chance, in case you are wondering) I haaate that toxic feeling.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

But surely if we just sign a petition, it will fix everything, right?

Nooooo. You have to change your user pic. Or, at least, your status. That is how change really happens.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

I have been sick since Feb 24th. At first fatigue, stuffiness, than 2 weeks in less stuffiness, still fatigue coughing. Doctor said "Olympia Crud, nothing to do". Still fatigue and coughing. Also desire to kill something.

Ooh! I've been desiring to kill something for a while. Maybe I'm sick too?

(And, um, that's a long time to be sick. Hope whatever it is passes.)
