Oh, wait, it's not a book made of bacon here you peel off the leaves and fry them up, is it?
I'm so glad it wasn't just me, -t. I was thinking, it's like in Harry Potter, The Bacon Book of Bacon!
My kids haven't popped popcorn, but they have helped me bake before.
"Kids Cook the Silliest Things"
Spot. On.
Not just their cooking ability, but the presentation is excellent.
Seriously. The kids are awesome, the judges are super helpful, the food is enticing. It's all just so lovely.
Not that I'm addicted or anything, but I love the one season of Celebrity Masterchef Australia as well. Rockers. Swimmers. Journalists. Politicians. All with an amazing penchant for fine food. A joy to watch.
Oh! And Conviction Kitchen!
I just love the Aussies.
Steph, are you still up? My roommate has a mixing medications question: [link]
I posted a reply full of my usual caveats. Do let me know if her head blows up like Scanners.
Those Maryland biologists - poking the bear with a stick to see if she is really out.
!!!!
Is that really standard protocol?
OK, this cracked me up: former football players who now sing opera.

Shit, it looks like a second reactor has ruptured spewing steam.
It's weird how this is making me flashback on Katrina and wondering why they haven't brought an entire nation's resources to bear on the situation. But there's this chain of responsibility where the people in charge are overwhelmed before they realize it and it takes a while for the next level of authority to step in.
Though I have some image of helicopters dropping water into the reactors which is not really likely.

Nope. Here's what you do. Check the audiobook out of the library and load it on to your computer. Burn off a copy to play in the car. Or, you know, just play the audiobook you've checked out in the car etc.
