Wesley: I stabbed you. I should apologize for that. But I'm honestly not sure how. I think it'll just be awkward. Gunn: Good call. Wesley: Okay.

Art Crawl!!!

I love the expression of today's daily pup - an Alaskan Klee Kai. She looks like a tiny and delicate Siberian Husky.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'm having a hard time grasping that the death toll in Japan is going to be over 10,000.

Heck, that's the death toll for one town - pretty much. I think they'd found 42 survivors.

It's just. . . too much.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Heck, that's the death toll for one town - pretty much. I think they'd found 42 survivors.

That's PTSD for life, man.

Clearing the palate, happy birthday, Nilly!baby! Welcome to a wonderful family!

The Guardian's having an interesting series on The New Europe.

First up is Germany, followed with a series of articles on France, Spain and Poland.

Story about Crufts with a couple of nice pictures of the BIS winner and some other pictures including an adult Leonberger.

There's someone in town who breeds them, so I've seen quite a few around here. They live up to their Leonine name.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Yay for Nilly and Khusband and baby!

Also sending strength and healing ~ma to Barb's and Maria's family members, and good interview ~ma to quester.

First day of spring break. I feel like I should take care of some of the errands, so I can relax and enjoy as much of the break as possible.

Heck, that's the death toll for one town - pretty much. I think they'd found 42 survivors.

Oh my. That's incomprehensible. Yeah, PTSD and survivor guilt. Human beings are amazingly resilient, but that's a lot of loss to bear.
