Not all healthy food is low in calories, is the thing. It's in how you use them, and what else you're eating.

I think it's just because it's twice the service I'm used to. When I was on the GD diet, I could only have 45 carbs per meal, so that would leave this out for me. Even with their cream, it's still only 4.5g of fat, which is pretty good. I think it has more nutritional bang for the calorie buck than most of what's on McD's menu so I won't quibble.
I'm putting some steel cut oats in the slow cooker tonight, though. I have no cherries (not even frozen) but I do have fresh blueberries.

Why, that's why those 80 calorie soup meals are the most healthy things you can eat, right?
3 more hours in the yard. so much tired, it is actually eating me. I will sleep very well tonight. Sadly in those 3 hours, all I cleared for the flower bed was an area 2' x 6'. Reclaiming space from lawn by hand is hard and slow.

If you're in an Indonesian prison.
Arsenic trioxide has no calories. It must be the healthiest thing evah!
OMG, rookie error. I painted my nails without peeing before.

I've removed my pants with pliers on occasions such as that. Really.
ARgh. The thrifting gods thwarted me today, and I could not find an ivory wedding dress to cut up. I am now left with the make a floofy skirt from scratch option. Gnnng.
