msbelle, I had a terrible acid-y stomach for years. I gave up coffee, red wine, ibuprofen, and a bunch of other things that really hurt my stomach. I also had a perscription for Zantac (150mg was still perscription strength at the time.)

After going to a nutritionist and figuring out what foods to avoid, I can drink coffee everyday without too much bother, and I haven't taken Zantac for a while. I found that probiotic really helped me, I take a couple of acidophilus capsules a day. I still avoid ibuprofen and take aspirin only when necessary. I only drink red wine in moderation, and there are still some other foods that I have to avoid: beets, black tea, anything but a small amount of peanuts. But everyone seems to be different, spicy foods are no problem for me at all, but I have to avoid too much tomato if I'm having a flare up. I really swear by the acidophilus. I'm certain that it's what allows me to have a coffee every morning...and that makes life worth living.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I just turned on my TV during dinner to see Emily Deschanel and Eddie McClintock working a case together, and couldn't figure out if I was watching Bones, Warehouse 13, or a broadcast from Bizarro World where they're the same show.

Hey, when did we last hear from Nilly? Could we all be buffistaunts and buffistuncles by now?

No way -- she just announced her pregnancy, right?! Tempus frickin' fugit, y'all!

I still have never seen a wedding pic from her, although maybe I missed it. POUT. Although she maybe protecting privacy, which is, you know, TOTES ok, except, I wanna squee over it!

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

It culminated when McKenzie (not quite 4) pointed her finger at Emmett and declaimed: "Your poop has talent!"

That sounds like something 50 Cent would say. (Well, actually, it sounds like the English 50 Cent translation on Twitter.)

Nilly-baby due date was 3.14.

How could I forget? I knew she popped in and said she was 37 weeks, but I could not remember if that was last week or three weeks ago. My brain is going.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I am at the Heartland Cafe. In about an hour begins something called "Opera on Tap."

Dunno if I'll still be here, so not sure if I'm gonna find out what that is.

But and also, Leinenkugel's Berry Weiss beer is nummy!
