I have these wine glasses. They make me smile.
and her mother was very happy about it.
Never question the value of accurate information... And quality information. Or decent sex toys.
Yes, but if you add Kahlua to a White Russian, it's still a White Russian, no?
While I have a Mountain of Crazy in my mother, she was balanced by the Grand Canyon of Awesomeness that was my dad. You gotta take the bad with the good, is how I like to think about it.
I love the Grand Canyon of Awesomeness.
My dad was quirky, but I loved him and I miss him. Still, I have to admit I mommy's little girl.
msbelle, I'll be sending you my love and support all day. The liquid diet day is not fun. Prep day is worse than test day, but I think you already knew that. My advice is to drink lots and lots of Gatorade. The extra electrolytes make a big difference after a while, especially the next morning.

This local letter to the editor was too good not to share. Can someone tell me what's wrong with it?
Roller derby has eaten my brain. We're working on events and possibly a bout for June. A bout. An actual competition where we will skate against other skaters. Meep.
Can someone tell me what's wrong with it?
(1) The editors chose to publish it.
(2) Too many frigging exclamation points. (!)
(3) Bonus points for slut-shaming, woo!
Man, I need more coffee. And to leave for work.
Can someone tell me what's wrong with it?
What's not wrong with that letter? I could start with "The Greek meaning for 'Fetish' is 'young!'" No matter how you parse this, it's not true. Fetish derives from the Latin for artificial. There is no Greek word "fetish." We should worship or have kinky thoughts about embryos? More precisely, "Huh?"
And why is there an apostrophe after "doctors" in that one sentence?
I mean, aside from all the other stuff.

It just hit me that probably the writer meant that to say fetus?
