Ouch, Kat. I hope you get some relief soon.
I wish I had an xray machine at home and a degree in radiology so when I have weird things like extreme foot pain that is limiting my ability to walk that sprang up after a car accident, I can look for a stress fracture on my own.
Me too! Except my (most recent) fracture in a foot was from my sandal catching on my long skirt and falling last summer. Every so often (okay, a lot) I think it healed wrong.
omg I want to send Kat all my happy pills.
Oh, Kat, that's just awful, all of it. Of course your blood pressure is high!
Gentle hugs, Kat. Why no ibuprofen?
Ugh, Kat. I wish things were better for you!
Sort of relatedly, my grandmother fell last week. Apparently she didn't break anything, but is in a shitload of pain. The doctor said not to take "too much" Tylenol. So she's taking one (one!) a few times a day. And is still in a lot of pain! What is "too much" Tylenol? We have no idea.
Anything over the dosage on the bottle is potentially dangerous. It's not one ot mess around with.
Is there any reason she can't take ibuprofen or aspirin?
I'm sure she's taking well below the bottle dosage. And she's on every other drug already (heart and other misc. problems), which I guess is why just Tylenol.
