Since they'll only be down half of Congress, maybe they can cut that in half and bring out the 1st Amendment remedies. Except that amendment doesn't seem to play so well with the Tea Partiers.

Something weird in the mail: I got a prepay master card from something called Achieve. Near as I can guess, it has no money on it, the idea is I load it at a local business that services these thing (legit businesses, CVS and Giant) and use as a sort of debit card. But 1) I never signed up for anything like this and 2) it's not associated with any of my banks. So all I can guess is it is a fishing expedition of some sort? Not particularly nefarious or illegal, just weird?

I'll do some more research, but I can just shred it and never activate it and it'll all be good (and check my credit annually, too.) eta: definitely a fishing expedition to accrue fees.
