Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Neat. The Caltech basketball team ended its losing streak. They hadn't won a conference game since 1985.

With the health stuff I've stepped back from karate a bit, so while CJ was doing the Saturday class, I walked to Party Ciry, maybe 3 blocks away. The round trip tuckered me out. PATHETIC.

So then I decided to gas up the car and my gas cap broke, leaving most of it in the car but I couldn't budge it. Off to Pep Boys for a new cap and the parts guy was nice enough to remove the busted one. Still haven't fed the car.

I'm home and when I get the urge to move I'm going to work on reorganizing the guest/K-Bug's room. For now, couch potato.

First conference win in 320 games. They beat Occidental by 1. It was super exciting.

not your mom's socks.

What if it was a room full of trapped Buffistas?

we'd likely either figure a way out, or design several reasons to stay in.

ION hip-deep in the family crazy over here, yet again. I am having a relaxing half-time beverage with DH before diving back into it.

I think the only place that would be more willing to engage in verbal argumentation would be a room of English teachers VERSUS buffistas. But the English teachers are most willing to be vocally argumentative, and the Buffistas are more willing to do it by font.

...I don't even want to think of the chaos involved in Buffistas trapped with a cheetah. ...or trapped with a bunch of English teachers, for that matter. :)

I am not really a napper, but after a very restless redeye and it being 5pm on my bodyclock, I'm going to try...and hope I don't completely mess up my sleep schedule!

Sox, I am sorry your family is crazy... um, my family.

DH is in NYC, daughter is watching Sesame St., dog is asleep, and I am enjoying the moment.

A friend of mine likes to look around, sigh and say, "I'm having a perfect moment."

May this one be perfect for you Sparky.
