Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I need to read that book, Kat. I have a copy at work, but I haven't read it yet. I'm a loser that way.

I'm making fried potatoes for breakfast. Mmmm.

Yay mac for soccer! My daughter really likes it. My son NSM, or maybe at 5 he was too young for it.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Good luck, mac!

As soon as we eat and get dressed, we're heading out to go skating. Owen doesn't like it but he can ride his scooter at the rink. He likes to play the video games they have there.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Gooooooo, MAC! WOOOOO!!!!

And yay for lack-of-puking.

I really have no interest in leaving the couch, but eventually I will have to. Woe.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I got to see Colin perform, which I haven't done in fifteen years, and it made me have a whole bunch of feelings, about which I need to get off my chest to him sometime today.

Also, dinner and a show with bon bon and rob rob and Polgara, so that was predictably great.

Met a couple of Colin's co-stars from Eureka, and damn if they aren't tiny tiny people. Seemed nice, but we didn't talk very much. Which I feel totally partially responsible for, since I made no move to include them in conversation beyond striking up initial conversation.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I'm at Shake Shack, sitting under a heat lamp. I'm pretending it's Springtime!

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Mmm... Shake Shack! I'm jealous, Tom.

I signed Noah and Grace up for soccer. Grace is on the special kid team. I can't believe they are old enough for soccer.

Haha. I've marketed, Target and TJ'd. Word came down that work systems are staying down until Monday, the power and systems are just too unstable (apparently, some of them were beginning to get too hot. So I guess the a/c is suffering too.) So I can ignore it until then, though once the webserver comes back up, I need to modify the downtime message. But it is still down.

Anyway, WAAAAAY too much excitement. I'm going to organize and clean and then I will swim.

Man, my house is cluttered.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Power was back when we got home last night(around 9:30) so that's good.(and TiVo got all of the Fringe ep)

In a bit I will pack my garb and accesories in a bag. 3LF has a gig in Easton, MD(on the Eastern Shore)and we are meeting at 3:30 for an early dinner. (The gig starts at 6, and we are meeting at the hotel at 5, in garb, to set stuff up.) Therefore, we are leaving here around 1:30.

Wow ita, you had a very social night.

I'm delighted that it is so pretty today, but I am wondering where all the rain went. It seemed so very very wet yesterday, it's hard to believe the sky is so blue this morning.

I need to get dressed for stretch class.

Of course I'm flat out today, and counting the moments till I get can this headache treated, but it was way worth the spoons.
