Tracy: Well-- That call -- That call means you just murdered me. Mal: No, son. You murdered yourself. I just carried the bullet a while.

hip deep in pie

That '20s dress is phenomenal. I love the teal with the houndstooth.

I know! I don't know if I would ever buy that because I fear it would feel costume-y to wear. Even if Prada is bringing back that silhouette: [link]

And Sue, I love that Liberty print dress. So happy!

I love it! The shoulder measurements are too narrow for me (making me thinks it's supposed to be a fairly small size) otherwise I would buy it.

Yay Jesse making it home!!! Yay Suela having a job!!! Yay!

I just knew that if I was actually stranded, someone would hook me up and take care of me.
Yeah, that's like, huge. I tell the SO that I know someone everywhere and he kinda nodded, but really, I do, and it's very comforting.

this is very true. While I don't always have time or inclination, knowing that on most business trips I can get a drink with a friend is awesome.

Things are rebroken this morning. I'm hopping in the shower and going to the market. Fuck it.

The ONLY reason I checked the work email was that Loki was hissing at my work computer (well, one of the reasons.) Some of my alarms were going off on it, and apparently, the alerts the developers picked out spook him. Which just shows how obnoxious my developers are.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Uggh, sarameg, that is super special sucky. Glad you're going to the market.

I am up early (for me) on a Saturday. Apparently I only need 10 hrs of sleep on a Friday now instead of 12-13. Now to get dressed and out the door and productive. Hmm, will aim for 10 am.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I'm sorry things keep breaking, sarameg.

Leifur has been yowling at me to get off the sofa and take him out. Luckily for his continued existence, he doesn't do this when I'm actually in bed. And I can see his point—it's a gorgeous, sunny day out. Still, the sofa is very comfy.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I missed Onerous Task Day! I had lunch with my grandparents and then went to a parent/teacher conference (for PRESCHOOL WTF). That was pretty onerous. But then later I forgot to make dinner so we had to order Chinese food. That was less onerous.

Today I have to mail an eBay package (unless I decide to wait until Monday) and order groceries. And um...another thing. Crap. It was probably important, too.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ha ha ha! USAir just emailed me to check in for my flight tomorrow morning...
