And would have been accepted; his portfolio or whatever he submitted was very good.
This is the thing about James Franco: I would totally think he was a ridiculous dilettante, but I'm pretty sure Yale doesn't let people into their English Ph.D. program because they are famous.

The three of us need to get drunk one night and walk arm in arm down the sidewalk singing this....
I'll be starting off the weekend with my Onerous Task of paper wrangling. Sadly, there's enough of that to do, and I am slow enough at it, that I might carry on with it all weekend. I should be able to clean off the DVR at the same time, though, and with the weather all cold and rainy anyway it'll be cozy and indoors, at least.
Also cooking and eating comfort food - chicken and dumplings tonight (which keeps earworming me with She'll be Coming 'Round the Mountain) and potroast in the slowcooker later.
Monday I'm going to get another pound of earthworms (fire-breathing fists not included) and maybe some local honey as I am getting low.
At Christmas time.
Will we march up the steps of justice at the end?
This weekend I'm going to watch Colin perform. Also, probably cook. Bake. Nothing else.
Oh, art. Must draw. Have to finish that task.
