I was a little dissappointed that the new Sherlock pics weren't Benedict Bandersnatch and Martin Freeman.
My non-sedentary-ness involved carrying furniture down my stairs by myself-- the theatre is borrowing it and were coming to pick it up. They were two hours late, so I carried it out myself. If I could have gone on the bus with a bookcase, a coffee tabke, and end table, 2 chairs, and a child rocking chair, I would have done it.

I'm intrigued by the foam roller too but I am shit at exercising at home. I can't even get motivated to do the exercises my pt wants me to do with a rubber band for my ankle. Even though I'm very frustrated about my ankle not getting better. I want magic healing!

You have much better two excuses than I do! I don't know what it is, exactly. I don't have a good space for exercising, I guess, and there are always other things to do.
My gym just has a dry sauna and I've never used it. And I love a sauna (prefer steam though).
