I am going to be sedentary today. And every day. So there.
Sits next to ita.
::Note to file: turning to pudding::
Mind, I already am pudding, so I don't exempt myself from this list.
(I will walk 2 miles home tonight, at a 15-minute mile pace, however.)
::fist pump::
painting the downstairs hallway, following the big 'boom' of last week. - finishing painting my office, possibly with some chalkboard paint chair rails - boxing up books for Powell's and for bookhaven - scrubbing big 'boom' dust out of everything. - walking back to the paint store to see if they can actually match the paint chip.
Also, cooking and hopefully some time on the el-cheapo stairmaster so that I can watch Fringe.
::despairs at Sox's vigor and buns of steel.::
I just read NPH auditioned to play Simon Tam. How had I not heard that before? Way too Doogie Howser, though.
What's everybody's plan to be non-sedentary today?
Well, I was going to walk the dog and then go to the gym. Now I'm going out to see my folks instead because it sounds like my mother is having a meltdown. I'll throw my gym bag in teh car, though. If I get a chance I'll do 45 minutes on the treadmill/elliptical, boulder for half an hour, and maybe lift some weights. Followed up by a nice long sauna.
Oh, the (limited) advantages of unemployment...

Speak for yourself.
Oh, you already did. Well, speak for yourself only.
Oh, the (limited) advantages of unemployment...
Tell your Mom not to have meltdowns on your off days. Also, have her communicate that directive to Vortex's mom.
I will be walking the dogs, cleaning house and doing the NYC ballet workout [link] as much for the pretty as the workout.
Um, plan for not being sedentary?
Fuck... I don't know...The Rapture?
Seems like a lot of trouble for just me, though.
I have that, DJ. I always wind up watching more than doing, though. It's gorgeous and not easy.
It is pretty hard, but I like feeling all stretchy after. After that I am going to take a bath and get dressed to meet hubs at the Mexican place up the street from our house.
