call me jacki; zuisa is an internet nick from ancient times =)

Everything about the financial sector confuses the hell out of me and I remain very glad that so far I've had to have nothing whatsoever to do with it.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Your situation may differ, bon. But I've only had to report mutual funds, not the securities that the funds hold.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

That's good to know, although I take your caveat.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The great majority of the work I've done since I've been in California has been in the financial sector, and lo, I know jack.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

That was true of me when I lived in San Francisco.

I know that if you work for a credit card company, you shouldn't leave papers with credit card numbers lying on your desk when you go home. That's one of the things I learned.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Hi all! I have no voice today. Luckily, on the internets, I don't have to whisper.

Allyson, are you having a book opening for Sam? I am hugely excited about the book, and now that I see everyone is getting their copies already, I hope to have mine soon.

Also, love the pics, msbelle. Dang when did E get all growned up? He looks so big boy now.

I hope you didn't learn this the hard way.

We're not allowed to leave anything on our desks, or any drawers unlocked, except books, etc. Not even phone numbers paired with names, which is frustrating.

Can we just post pictures of pretty or pop culture on the tumblr? Or other shallow stuff? Or does it all have to be good works and news.

My Tumblr is almost entirely pretty and pop culture. It is incredibly shallow, and I love it so. Every once in a while I'll post something political, but it is 90% pop culture.

Tumblr gets way more fun when you are following a lot of people. Reblogging is half the fun!

Nope.

Still, I was amazed at how easy it'd be to, say, steal a few hundred thousand credit card numbers on a floppy.

Of course, just because an illegal thing is easy doesn't mean I'm going to actually try it....

I just meant the goodstuff tumblr. Mine is stupid and trivial. It's a college picture of Colin today, and a picture of Captain America. Whoot.

I feel like I'm letting some side down by wearing black and grey. If I were in all black, I'd feel like I was about to kill someone. But now I feel like I'm being maudlin. Except I love grey! Grey is great! Still, somehow feels like a missed opportunity.

I pay way too much attention to what I wear.
